Once delivery is completed, we provide the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) for your records — always accessible in your portal.

Streamline Auto Logistics was founded with a clear purpose: to raise the standard in vehicle transportation.

Originally created to support our sister vehicle acquisition company, Streamline Buys, we saw firsthand the gaps in communication, visibility, and accountability within the transport process. By bringing transportation management in-house, we gained full control over the experience and built a system designed around transparency and measurable performance.

How long does auto transport take?

Transit time depends on distance, route, and weather conditions. Short-distance shipments may take 1–3 days, while cross-country transport typically takes 5–10 days.

Yes. All carriers in our network are fully licensed and insured. Coverage details are provided before shipment confirmation.

Open transport is more affordable and commonly used. Enclosed transport provides full protection and is ideal for luxury, classic, or high-value vehicles.

For dealership partners/Buyers, we keep things simple, an invoice will be sent after the vehicle has been successfully delivered. For direct-to-customer transports, payment is required upfront prior to scheduling pickup.

While we work hard to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries, delays can occasionally happen. Trucks may experience mechanical issues, and weather or road conditions can sometimes impact schedules. If any delays occur, you won’t be left wondering. Our team will keep you fully informed every step of the way. Clear, proactive communication is one of the most important parts of the process, and it’s something we take great pride in.
